September 13, 2011 – Konica Minolta Medical Imaging announced the Aero DR Wireless system has received clearance from Health Canada, making the system available for sale in Canada. The system is designed and developed exclusively by Konica Minolta and offers end users the ability to provide reduced patient dose while increasing image quality and maintaining patient care. The system’s flat panel detector incorporates the Cesium Iodide (CsI) scintillator that boasts ultra-high detector quantum efficiency (DQE) for high-quality images even with minimum X-ray dose exposure. By combining the CsI panel and the company’s image processing technology from its Regius systems, the Aero DR assures end users of consistent and reliable high quality imaging.Weighing only 6.3 lbs, the wireless Aero DR panel incorporates a unique battery design for extended life and short charge cycles. It provides either a Universal Fit solution for converting existing analog rooms to digital suites, or a full room radiography solution when combined with a new X-ray purchase. The detector design fits existing wall stands and bucky trays without modifications, maximizing investment in existing X-ray imaging equipment.Workflow improvements with the imaging console include an in-room sub console that delivers control of imaging parameters patient side, allowing more time for the technologist to focus on the patient. The imaging console also controls Konica Minolta computed radiography (CR) devices, allowing users to enjoy the same look and feel for their CR and digital radiography (DR) front ends. For more information: www.medical.konicaminolta.us FacebookTwitterLinkedInPrint分享 Videos | Radiographic Fluoroscopy (RF) | August 09, 2019 VIDEO: Demonstration of the Shimadzu FluoroSpeed X1 Radiographic Fluoroscopy System Shimadzu displayed the FluoroSpeed X1 conventional radiographic fluoroscopy (RF) system at the Association for Medica read more News | Radiation Dose Management | July 18, 2019 Low Doses of Radiation Promote Cancer-capable Cells Low doses of radiation equivalent to three computed tomography (CT) scans, which are considered safe, give cancer-… read more News | Digital Radiography (DR) | July 23, 2019 Konica Minolta and Shimadzu to Co-market Dynamic Digital Radiography in the U.S. Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas Inc. along with Shimadzu Medical Systems USA announced a collaborative agreement to… read more center_img Videos | Artificial Intelligence | July 03, 2019 VIDEO: Artificial Intelligence May Assist in Pediatric Imaging Sudhen Desai, M.D., FSIR, read more News | Digital Radiography (DR) | June 28, 2019 Springfield Clinic Deploys 17 Carestream Digital X-ray Systems Springfield Clinic implemented 14 Carestream DRX-Evolu read more Shimadzu FluoroSpeed X1 Walkaround AHRA 2019Video Player is loading.Play VideoPlayMuteCurrent Time 0:00/Duration 1:25Loaded: 11.42%Stream Type LIVESeek to live, currently playing liveLIVERemaining Time -1:25 Playback Rate1xChaptersChaptersDescriptionsdescriptions off, selectedCaptionscaptions settings, opens captions settings dialogcaptions off, selectedAudio Trackdefault, selectedFullscreenThis is a modal window.Beginning of dialog window.
